Thomas M. Green has practiced Family Law since 2006.  After six years in a law firm, the Law Office of Thomas M. Green was opened in 2012 to serve clients in legal matters strictly limited to family law.  Mr. Green first became a certified domestic mediator in Indiana in 2014. Mr. Green is past chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee, representing over 300 family law attorneys in Indiana.  Through this position, he has chaired multiple seminars for Continuing Legal Education, including several Family Law Summits, an annual advanced level education course for family law attorneys.  Mr. Green has advocated several times on behalf of the Bar Association before the Senate Judiciary Committee of the Indiana General Assembly on proposed legislation relating to family law matters.  Tom has donated his time as Guardian Ad Litem for children in Court cases, and is a previous mentor for the Mentor Match program of the Indiana State Bar Association. In 2018 and 2019, Mr. Green was awarded the America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators. Mr. Green has served in a variety of civic activities service.  He served as Vice President of the Home Corporation of the Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi. He has participated in the “Teach Me What’s Great About America” program, where he presents the historical significance of the Bill of Rights to elementary children, as well as the Annual “March Against Hunger” food drive campaign through the Attorney General’s office.
